Learning Hard To Edit Pictures

I'm learning to edit photos from Photoshop and Photoscape. I don't really get Photoshop so I recently use Photoscape. But I want to know how to make nice text in Photoshop. Searching in the internet right now and I got how to make different kinds of text effects. :)
